So while browsing Instagram and watching some Vlogs I stumbled across this Rosella top pattern from The Sewing Revival. I'm new to Indie patterns so I'm playing catch up. I saw some gorgeous versions made some time ago by Andrea from Beyond the Pink Door and Alex of Alex Judge Sews. This pattern really appealed to me initially because it was a Woven/Jersey mix and I love the idea of mixing fabrics up. So it has lovely dolman sleeves, has the ribbing on the neck, cuffs and hem band and a woven body. Fabrics used are all from stash. The woven fabric is a Viscose Marocaine from Rainbow Fabrics. I made a knit version as well but I didn't like it nearly as much as the Woven/Jersey mix.
I just love the look of woven and jersey fabrics together and I will definitely make some more of these.
